Summary:
Act 701 of the 2010 Louisiana Legislative Session requires the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) to:
Adopt and implement a uniform statewide grading scale for use in public elementary and secondary schools
Appoint a task force to provide input, recommendations, and advice on developing the uniform grading scale.
2302. Uniform Grading Policy
A. LEAs shall use the following uniform grading system for students enrolled in all grades K-12 for which letter grades are used.
